Classroom Teacher

Job description:

We are seeking for enthusiastic and innovative class teachers to join our successful team in September 2019. This post could come with a possible TLR depending on experience and interest. We would also welcome interest from NQTs.

We are looking for you to: 
*Have the ability and passion to motivate and make learning interesting and relevant to children.

*Have the capacity to understand the wide-ranging needs of children from a variety of backgrounds. 
*Have experience (within teaching placements) of working with children with special educational needs.

*Have experience (within teaching placements) of inclusion within the mainstream setting.

SENDCo

Job description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SENDCo to join us at Rosetta Primary School.

We are looking for you to: 
- Have high expectations of children’s achievements and a proven 
record of promoting high standards. 
- Have a good understanding of the wide-ranging needs of children 
from a variety of backgrounds. 
- Have substantial experience of working with children with special 
educational needs and disabilities and children with autism. 
- Have enthusiasm and energy. 
- Inspire, challenge support and motivate children and adults. 
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills with 
attention to detail. 
- Have substantial experience of inclusion within the mainstream 
setting. 
- Have an interest, specialism or qualification in working with 
children with special education needs and/or disabilities. 
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills. 
- Be able to identify and articulate small steps in children’s learning. 
- Be able to work to tight deadlines in providing information and 
reports. 
- Excellent time management skills. 
- Ability to prioritise with a busy schedule. 
- Ability to work and liaise with a range of external professionals and 
agencies. 
- Proven record as an outstanding teacher. 
- Ideal candidate will have The National Award for Special Education - Needs Co-ordination. 
- Have an excellent understanding of how children learn. 
- Demonstrate an ability to work as a team but also under your own 
initiative in a flexible and problem solving manner. 
- Ability to manage a teaching commitment.
